Booking Policy
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit goes toward your total service cost.
The remaining balance can be paid by cash, Interac, credit, or debit.
A 13% HST will be added to all services.
Late Arrivals
A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on availability, and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay the full service amount in advance when booking their next appointment.
Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the service provider.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be required to pay a new deposit.
